Brad Wilson
A Portland, Oregon native, Brad has spent his entire career in the insurance business. After graduation from the University of Oregon, he learned the basics with Chubb Insurance Group, a multi-national underwriting company. Following his tenure at Chubb, he spent 27 years as a producer, manager and owner of Campbell Galt & Newlands, a Portland agency that was sold to USI Insurance Services in 1995. He continued as President and CEO of USI Northwest until resigning to form Insurance Partners in 2003.
Brad believes that working for and with clients to efficiently design, implement and manage their risk management programs is Insurance Partners ultimate goal and often says: "If we take care of our clients, they will take care of us". This philosophy has allowed Brad to serve many of our clients for more than 25 years.
Being part of our community is an important aspect of Brad’s success. He has volunteered his time and energy to the work of the March of Dimes, The Surplus Line Association or Oregon, the Big "I" Junior Golf Classic and a variety of youth activities. Brad is a licensed pilot, enjoys many sports as both a participant and observer and also getting away to Central Oregon when time allows. Brad is an active member of both Waverley Country Club and the Multnomah Athletic Club.

Mark Frinell
Mark joined Insurance Partners in August of 2007 as a Partner with new business sales and account service responsibilities. Mark specializes in risk management strategies and the placement of insurance for commercial and personal clients. He has extensive experience working with technology, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail and property management risks.
Mark has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked mainly on the insurance broker side of the business. Most recently, he held sales and service roles at Willis and Marsh, both large global insurance brokers.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University where he majored in communications. He also is an active member of the community, serving on United Way of the Columbia-Willamette’s finance committee and volunteering on a regular basis for Loaves & Fishes Centers. Mark is the current co-chair of Oregon Entrepreneurs Network’s Executive Series. Mark is an active member of both the Reserve Vineyards and Golf Club and the Multnomah Athletic Club.

Cathy Peters
Cathy joined Insurance Partners in 2004 as Director of Operations for commercial business. Cathy has overall responsibility for managing client accounts, marketing and
administration.
Cathy entered the insured industry in 1975 with a national insurance company and has spent her entire career working with property and casualty insurance.
Prior to joining Insurance Partners, Cathy worked for a large regional agency for 18 years, both as a Senior Account Manager and Manager of Commercial Lines.

Mark Wilson, CPCU
A graduate of Trinity University, Mark began his insurance career working for a Fortune 100 insurance company. Transitioning to an independent agency, he became a commercial lines account executive prior to joining Insurance Partners in 2005. Since joining Insurance Partners, Mark has taken on increased responsibilities and is involved in all aspects of agency operations. For Mark, the favorite part of his job is working with a variety of companies to incorporate insurance into the complete business model.
Mark is licensed Property & Casualty agent and Surplus Line agent. In addition, Mark has earned the prestigious CPCU designation. With his free time, Mark enjoys a great assortment of outdoor activities.
